Mega Jump Follow-Up: Get Set Games Announces Mega Run!

Get Set Games is proud to announce Mega Run, our follow up to the hugely popular Mega Jump, which has reached over 12 million 23 million downloads and counting! You can get the latest updates on Mega Run on the Mega Run Facebook page.

Mega Run brings back your favorite characters from Mega Jump, including Redford, Rosie and Pon Pon in a brand new adventure! Help them speed across lush, beautiful and even dangerous landscapes while hopping between perilous platforms, dashing through enemies, avoiding hazards, and of course grabbing as many shiny coins as possible!

Mega Run will feature all the retro fun of your favorite platform games, along with a healthy dose of humor, ridiculous boosts and randomized levels to keep each game unpredictable and always replayable! We’ll bring you more news about Mega Run as we get closer to release, so stay tuned!

    We’re considering different pricing options right now, and free is definitely one of the options.

    It will be on Android, but probably after the iPhone version. This time around though, we’ll make sure that the Android and iPhone versions have the same features at launch.

    Mega Run is still in the early stages of development, so it won’t be released for a few months. The first version will be for iPhone and iPad, and then we’ll convert it to Android as soon as we can after that.

    We’re aiming for some time in the next couple of months, but we can’t put a definite date on it yet.

    Yes it would, Its a shame that mega jump apple is so far ahead of mega jump android, and it has many problems.
    Getset should make mega jump/run android just as cool as it is now for iphone

    Yes mega run will be on android devices but I think mega run android will be released somewhat later..
    I am an android user 2 and I think it’s way nicer than apple but because apple iphone is a series of phones that run on the same software what makes it easier to develop games for that device, android phones are (except the software) nothing a-like what makes it harder for game-developers to develop games for android.. So:
    MEGA RUN WILL BE RELEASED LATER AND WILL NOT RUN TOGETHER WITH THE IPHONE VERSION JUST AS MEGA JUMP..

    We’ve been working on it in small ways for a while, but we have sped up our development recently, but we also have other things we are working on as well…

    Actually we would like players to be able to compete with each other for the high score between Android and iPhone, and we’ll do our best to make sure that both games are as similar as possible :)

    We are looking at the possibility of putting Mega Run on other platforms, like Mac or PC, but we haven’t made any firm decisions yet.

    it would kick-ass if the android version and the apple version run together and the android version wouldn’t be so far behind apple’s mega-run.

    They should be launched at the same day/week and so should the updates

    It would be nice if it’s gonna be free, but if this is going to be a paid game please make sure that a credit-card isn’t the only payment option. In the android market (in my country: holland) i can only pay with a credit-card, wich i don’t have :(
    I expect that if the game isn’t gonna be free, it would be worth the money no matter how much! :D
