We chose to open a <a href="http://www.rbcroyalbank.com/business/accounts/bus-ess-var-price.html" rel="nofollow">business account with the Royal Bank of Canada</a> (RBC) after some research because they have the lowest rates for the sort of transactions we are expecting to deal with. The monthly fee is only $6.00 and other fees seem very minor. We had no problems using this account with Apple and in fact when I was in touch with Apple's iTSBanking they had all the routing information for RBC.
